Villa Saranda is a recently refurbished house converted for share house use. Located a mere 8 minutes by foot from Yomiuri Land-Mae station, the area features a vibrant shopping street on the way to the house with a delicious bento shop, dry cleaners, liquor store, restaurants and bars, butchers and fish shops, convenience stores, a bakery, coffee shops, and a pharmacy. Also in the area is the famed Yomiuri Land amusement park.

The house itself features a comfortable living room/dining area with a kitchen, sofa, cable tv, and table with chairs. The entire house has WiFi internet, and the common areas are cleaned once a month by a professional cleaner. Also, there is ample veranda space to enjoy the hillside view, or to hang laundry.

The bathroom includes two showers, a bath, and a sink (Soon to include another). For laundry there is a washer and a dryer included as well.

Currently, the garden space is undergoing renovation, and it will soon feature an open lawn space that can be enjoyed by all tenants for BBQ parties, or other general social activities. Also, there is a kinkan tree on the premises, and soon other fruit trees will follow.

At Villa Saranda, we hope to give you a combination of comfort and convenience during your stay as a tenant. We can provide basic additional furniture needs for your room if you need it, so please ask us any requests you might have.
